Chat with Support on WhatsAppAbout RuxHub
RuxHub is a WhatsApp automation platform for small and medium businesses. It connects to your WhatsApp Business number via the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and gives your team a shared inbox, automated replies, lead management, booking workflows, broadcast campaigns, and analytics — all from one dashboard.
RuxHub is built for businesses that receive enquiries and bookings through WhatsApp: clinics, salons, real estate agents, education consultants, e-commerce stores, local service providers, and any team that wants to respond faster and capture more leads without manual effort.
Yes. RuxHub uses the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API exclusively. This means your WhatsApp account is compliant with Meta's terms of service, stable, and not at risk from policy changes that affect unofficial tools.
No. RuxHub does not use QR-code bots, browser automation, unofficial WhatsApp clients, or any form of scraping. Using those methods violates WhatsApp's terms of service and can lead to a permanent ban. RuxHub uses only the official API.
The standard WhatsApp Business app is designed for one person on one device. RuxHub connects via the WhatsApp Cloud API, which means multiple team members can work from the same inbox simultaneously, automations run 24/7, and you get a full CRM, lead management, booking workflows, and campaign tools — none of which are available in the standard app.
WhatsApp Connection & Billing
You connect your own Meta WhatsApp Business number through the WhatsApp Cloud API. Go to Settings → WhatsApp to start the connection process. RuxHub never takes ownership of your number or your Meta Business account.
WhatsApp/Meta conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to your own Meta Business account. Your RuxHub subscription covers access to the RuxHub software only. Meta's charges depend on the number and type of conversations you have.
No. RuxHub subscription fees cover the software platform only. Meta bills your own business account separately for each conversation, according to Meta's current pricing. You can view Meta's conversation pricing in your Meta Business Manager.
Setup typically takes less than a day when using the guided connection flow in your RuxHub settings. If you need assistance, our support team is available on WhatsApp to walk you through the process.
Getting Started
Yes. RuxHub is built around a shared team inbox. Any number of agents (within your plan limit) can view, reply to, and be assigned conversations simultaneously. Each conversation can be assigned to a specific team member, and agents can leave internal notes that are not visible to customers.
Yes. Every incoming WhatsApp conversation can be converted into a structured lead in RuxHub. Leads include contact details, tags, source, assigned agent, and stage. You can also build automated keyword-based lead capture flows that collect information from the customer during the conversation.
Yes. RuxHub includes booking workflows that let customers book appointments directly inside a WhatsApp conversation. When a booking is captured, it appears in the bookings dashboard. You can also configure automated reminders to reduce no-shows.
Yes. RuxHub supports broadcast campaigns using approved Meta message templates. You can select a contact list, choose an approved template, and send it immediately or schedule it. Campaign delivery and reply rates are tracked in the analytics dashboard.
Auto Replies & Automation
Go to Automation in the sidebar. Click New Rule, enter a keyword or phrase, write your reply, and activate it. RuxHub will automatically reply whenever a contact sends a matching message.
Yes. In Automation, create a rule with trigger type First message to send a greeting to every new contact.
Working hours let you define when your team is active. Outside those hours, a different auto-reply can be sent to let customers know when to expect a response.
Campaigns & Templates
Go to Campaigns → New Campaign, select an approved message template, choose a contact list, then schedule or send immediately.
Templates are pre-approved message formats required by Meta for sending outbound messages outside the 24-hour conversation window. Go to Templates to create and submit templates for Meta approval.
Meta typically reviews templates within a few minutes to 24 hours. You'll see the approval status in your Templates list.
Contacts & Leads
Contacts are created automatically when someone messages your WhatsApp number, or you can import them via CSV from the Contacts page.
When a contact shows buying intent or fills in a lead capture flow, they appear in Leads. You can assign stages, add notes, and track follow-ups.
Team & Account
Go to Settings → Team and enter your colleague's email. They'll receive an invitation to join your workspace.
Go to Billing in the sidebar to view your current plan and upgrade options.
