RuxHub ("we", "us", "our") operates the RuxHub WhatsApp automation platform available at ruxhub.com. We help businesses automate their WhatsApp communications using the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

2. Information we collect
  • Account information — name, email address, business name when you register.
  • WhatsApp data — phone numbers, message content, and contact data processed on your behalf via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. This data belongs to you and your customers.
  • Usage data — log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken in the platform.
  • Payment information — subscription billing is handled by our payment processors. We do not store raw card details.
3. How we use your information
  • To provide, operate, and improve the RuxHub platform.
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, invoices).
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.
4. WhatsApp and Meta data

RuxHub connects to the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API on your behalf. WhatsApp messaging charges are billed by Meta directly to your Meta Business account — not by RuxHub. Message content processed through the API is subject to Meta's own privacy policies.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only:

  • With Meta/Facebook as required to operate the WhatsApp API integration.
  • With infrastructure providers (hosting, database) under strict data processing agreements.
  • When required by law.
6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. WhatsApp message data is retained according to your plan settings.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. WhatsApp access tokens are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256. We follow industry-standard security practices.

8. Your rights

9. Cookies

We use session cookies necessary for platform operation (login state). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
