By accessing or using RuxHub ("the Service") at ruxhub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RuxHub is a WhatsApp Business automation platform that connects to the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We provide tools for automated messaging, inbox management, lead capture, bookings, and analytics.

3. WhatsApp and Meta Compliance
  • You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service when using this platform.
  • WhatsApp messaging charges are billed by Meta to your own Meta Business account. RuxHub is not responsible for Meta's charges.
  • You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the platform.
  • You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate applicable laws.
4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing
  • RuxHub subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • Subscriptions cover access to RuxHub software only — not WhatsApp/Meta messaging charges.
  • Free trials are available as described on the pricing page. No credit card is required for trials.
  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Acceptable Use

You may not use RuxHub to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the rights of third parties.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
7. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and content is owned by RuxHub. You retain ownership of your business data and message content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

RuxHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
